As if Michael Lohan could descend any lower on the crappy father scale, TMZ found out he's over $15,000 behind in child support.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Michael has racked up $15,100 in unpaid child support to Dina for their three minor children: Aliana, Michael Jr. and Dakota Lohan.
Now how about this horrible scenario: If Michael profited off those audio tapes he released of Lindsay's lowest moments, he could actually pay off his child support with money he made from exploiting one of his children.
Harvey and Mike answered your questions on anything this Friday the 13th -- including breaking news about DJ AM's wrongful death suit, the potential prison time Michael Lohan faces for releasing those phone calls and Cindy Crawford's German extortionist.
Plus: The Heenes' day in court, Nic Cage's status as "rich poor" and Mike's pledge to lose weight!
Lindsay Lohan only said one thing last night -- but she made it count ... slamming her father as a camera-hungry fame whore.
Last night outside Voyeur, LiLo turned a paparazzi snapstorm into an opportunity to publicly slam papa Michael Lohan -- telling paps, "guys why don't you go find my dad, he's the one that wants the pictures."
And while Linds took a hit at her dad, her driver lightly hit the car in front of them ... and took off.
FYI -- Britney got prosecuted for exactly the same thing .. but Lindsay has no dog in this fight, she wasn't behind the wheel.
Michael Lohan could wind up behind bars for his despicable decision to release secret recordings of his family's phone conversations -- because it appears MiLo wasn't legally allowed to be on the calls in the first place.
It's all over a protective order Dina obtained in Nassau County, New York back in 2005, which bans Michael from communicating with Dina by email or phone until 2011.
Now, the release of the tapes, one of which was reportedly made in 2008, could be a smoking gun, proving Michael broke the rules of the protective order -- and, if convicted, it could score Michael some quality time in prison.
TMZ has learned attorneys for Dina Lohan have already contacted the Nassau County District Attorney in connection with the audio tapes.
Unfortunately for Lindsay -- who was granted a one-year protective order against Michael back in 2004 -- there are no laws against being an insensitive, fame-hungry, backstabbing father.
Dina Lohan just called into TMZ Live with Harvey and Mike and ripped ex-husband Michael Lohan a new one ... for secretly recording and then releasing old phone conversations he had with Lindsay, Dina and others. Dina says Michael's betrayal has devastated her family and thinks Michael could end up in jail for it.
Breaking up is hard to do -- but after taking a long, hard look at the D-Bag he's become, Jon Gosselin has finally decided to part ways with his hair gel, Michael Lohan and best of all, Ed Hardy.
Unfortunately it's all for a FunnyOrDie sketch, so we're guessing the rhinestoned tigers will be back.
Former Star Magazine reporter Kate Major-- who insisted she was romantically involved with Jon Gosselin -- is next in line to testify in TLC's breach of contract case against the famous reality dad.
TLC's lawyers have asked the court for permission to serve Kate with a subpoena, ordering her to testify along with other witnesses -- including Michael Lohan and Hailey Glassman -- in depositions scheduled for December 10.
Kate reportedly quit her job at Star Magazine to pursue a relationship with Jon. Last we checked, the Octopop denied ever having a relationship with her.
When Michael Lohan returns home from his trip to Boston this weekend, he'll have a present waiting for him -- courtesy of the lawyers at TLC.
Lohan tells TMZ he has been subpoenaed to testify in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against Jon Gosselin. Lohan says he was contacted by a process server on Friday. He says he told the process server he was out of town, but that he accepts the papers and that she can leave them at his house.
Michael says he hasn't seen the papers yet.
TLC is suing Gosselin, claiming he broke his deal with TLC when he began taking money to appear on other shows and talking about "Jon & Kate" without proper permission.
Lindsay Lohan just unloaded on her father -- slamming Michael for releasing the audio from a personal phone conversation between the two of them.
Linds posted the following message on her Twitter page:
"My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago.
To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father.
Haha-he's needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN."
As we previously reported, LiLo is working on getting a restraining order against Michael -- and her lawyer could also file a defamation suit on her behalf.
Lindsay Lohan has now asked her lawyer to take legal action against her dad, stat.
We've learned Lindsay contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, yesterday, asking her to get a restraining order against Michael Lohan, who has been selling his daughter out on TV, talking about her alleged drug use.
Chapman Holley tells TMZ she's putting together a case against Michael and will decide which legal move makes the most sense. Aside from getting a restraining order, Chapman Holley could file a defamation lawsuit against Michael on Lindsay's behalf.
Chapman Holley is also getting in touch with authorities in New York, trying to find out if Michael may have violated a criminal protective order.
Lindsay Lohan is not trying to get a restraining order against her dad ... but we've learned mama Dina is angling to do just that.
Our sources say Dina Lohan has been contacting Lindsay's lawyer, the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, ever since LiLo's last court appearance last month.
We're told Dina has asked S.C.H. to go to court on Lindsay's behalf and get an order keeping dad away from daughter. We're told Chapman Holley made it clear ... Lindsay is an adult and can apply for a restraining order if she wants, but Dina has no business in Lindsay's business.
Shawn Chapman Holley told TMZ Lindsay has not -- repeat NOT -- asked her to get a restraining order.
It's pretty clear -- Lindsay can't stand her dad ... at least for now. But she's not taking it to court.
Once again proving how out of touch he is with his daughter, Michael Lohan went on the Maury Povich show today and delivered a televised message to LiLo in which he insulted her ... and then promised to "save her life."
First Mike called Lindsay a "hollow person" ... then claimed there was "nothing left in her" -- and finally said he "couldn't even look at her."
Then, after the dramatic plea, Michael actually had the stones to say, "I hate to speak out publicly like this..."
Right....
FYI -- Today's show was called "You're 14 ... Stop Lap Dancing and Trying to Get Pregnant."
There was a d-bag dad summit in Pennsylvania this weekend, as Michael Lohan paid Jon Gosselin a visit.
Topics covered during the momentous meeting included: alienating your children, fame-whoring your way to the bottom and how to bad mouth your ex and come out looking worse.
