46. For the idiots who keep saying this was an "accident": Lane Garrison was also involved in an "accident" and he got the book thrown at him. This bitch will only get away with it cause she's famous and he really wasnt THAT famous to begin with. To me it doesnt make a difference if drugs were involved or not, they BOTH drove wrecklessly and killed someone. The only difference is that while he is in jail paying for his "accident", this bitch free and out partying and will get off scott-free. 49. The children and spouse will be without their beloved for EVER. You'd think Brandy could have the decency to lie low for a respectable period of time, rather than having her smiling pie face in the cameras every chance she has. She has no decency. Where she should be showing up is at victims' panels, schools and other places where she can own the gravity of what she's done and cause at least some good to come of it. A 1 year period of keeping her mug to herself when not doing charity work would be a decent start. And for all you saying "the family will get a big payday!" you clearly value your own loved ones very little if you think that fixes the violent death of a young person.

54. I don't think anyone has mentioned the fact that she was attending her brother's CD release party. I imagine she was trying to be supportive. And, from what I read, she didn't drink at the party - in fact, I am not sure that I've ever heard of her drinking. Did she even drive anywhere..? Do the paparazzi have photos of her driving in the past year? I'm also curious to see whether she is issued a ticket for the crash. Does anyone know whether the county she was in had a law about cell phone usage at the time of the accident? I don't have access to the records, but presume it would have to be in effect by the date of the accident. Otherwise, this girl is going to go free and rightly so... it will be accidental in the records and 'no book will be thrown' at her.
